Organised by Rapid Repair Network with support from LKQ, the rally brought together industry colleagues and car enthusiasts for a unique challenge designed to raise funds for The Estuary League of Friends, a charity dedicated to improving the lives and wellbeing of older people in rural Exeter and East Devon.
Episode 1 captures the buzz at the start line, the creativity that went into each team’s vehicle and costumes, and the spirit of adventure as the convoy takes on the Welsh countryside. From checkpoint challenges to fancy dress competitions, the documentary showcases the humour, heart, and camaraderie that made the event so special.

“The response to the rally exceeded all our expectations. Seeing it come to life again through this documentary reminds us why we do what we do – bringing people together for a great cause while having an incredible time doing it. We hope viewers enjoy reliving the journey as much as we enjoyed making it happen.”
Rachel Gilpin, Chief Executive of Estuary League of Friends, said:
“We rely completely on donations, so the generous contribution from Rapid Repair Network has meant a great deal to us. Seeing people from across the country come together in support of such a meaningful cause has been truly inspiring. Our clients have loved seeing the pictures and are eagerly looking forward to watching the documentary.”
The rally raised over £5,000 for The Estuary League of Friends, with donations still being accepted via the GoFundMe page, alongside additional funds from vehicle sales following the event.
Episode 2 will be released on Wednesday 4th February at 11.30am, continuing the adventure through Snowdonia and Colwyn Bay before reaching the finish line in the Cotswolds, culminating in an awards ceremony celebrating the teams’ achievements.
Following the success of the inaugural event, RRN is already planning the 2026 Rapid Repair Rally. Industry colleagues and car enthusiasts interested in taking part should contact Lizzie.cove@rrn.co.uk for more information.
