Rapid Repair Network appoints Henry Jones as Chief Technology Officer

Rapid Repair Network (RRN), a leading provider of same day repair solutions, has announced the appointment of Henry Jones as Chief Technology Officer.
The newly-created role underlines RRN’s continued commitment to technology leadership and innovation across the repair industry.
Henry brings extensive experience in senior technology leadership, having spent most of his career in technology roles across a range of sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at an energy consultancy, where he led digital transformation across the business, encompassing platform modernisation, data strategy and automation.
Throughout his career, Henry has worked closely with both commercial and operational teams to translate technology into practical, real-world value.
In his new role as CTO, Henry will focus on evolving RRN’s scheduling capability, deepening the use of data, automation and artificial intelligence, and scaling the technology platforms that support repairers, partners and customers as the business continues to grow. RRN’s existing technology foundations and forward-thinking use of data and AI were a key factor in attracting Henry to the role. Commenting on his new role, Henry said:
“What attracted me to Rapid Repair Network was the great team and the solid technology foundations already in place, including some really smart use of data and AI. I’m excited to be joining at a point where the focus is on building momentum and scaling that capability, working together to evolve the platforms and technology that support our repairers, partners and customers as the business continues to grow.”
Rob Hawes, Managing Director, Rapid Repair Network, commented:
“We’re delighted to welcome Henry to the team. His breadth of experience and track record of delivering real business value through technology make him an outstanding addition. This appointment is a clear signal of our ambition, RRN is committed to remaining at the forefront of technology and innovation in our industry, and Henry’s arrival strengthens that commitment considerably.”
